iCare Family Vision Warranty and Return Policy
iCare Family Vision stands behind the products we sell and work hard to maintain the satisfaction of our patients.
Given the custom and personalized nature of prescription eyewear, all sales of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses are final.
Non-prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses can be exchanged within 30 days.
Professional services are nonrefundable.
Lenses: If your lenses appear to be defective for any reason, due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the defective lens one time only at no charge for one year from the date of purchase. When purchasing our premium anti-reflective coating the replacement/warranty policy is for two years and covers scratched lenses. If our eye doctor finds it necessary to change your prescription, we will remake your prescription one time at no charge within 60 days from the original prescription date. Any changes after the complementary one-time remake will be charged at 50% of the normal price.
Frames: If any part of your frame breaks due to a manufacturer's defect, we will repair or replace the defective part or frame one time at no charge for one year from the date of purchase. Please note that replacement of frames and determination of misuse or defect is up to the discretion of iCare Family Vision. Eyewear purchased at iCare Family Vision will be adjusted and repaired at no cost for as long as you own the eyewear.
Warranty Disclosure: Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage to eyeglasses older than one year while attempting to adjust or repair. Because a frame may crack or break when inserting new lenses, we can not be responsible for any damage to your frame if you choose to use your existing frame. Regardless of condition or age of the frame, this disclosure applies to any existing frames being reused at your request.
